I was raised in the woods as part of a family of six, attending a small village school for my first few years before moving to the city. My first experience watching a feature film in a theater was Naked Gun, and I was instantly hooked! The magic of the big screen never left me, and my love for the moving image only grew stronger.

I learned how to edit in high school, and that was the moment my career and passion truly merged. Pursuing the arts in college was a foregone conclusion. After my team won Best Short Film, I essentially earned a golden ticket into a university cinema program. After graduating with a degree in film, I dove right into working on film sets during the summers—a fantastic way to meet incredible people quickly and efficiently.

For the past 15 years, I’ve had the absolute privilege of working in TV, film, and commercials. Honestly, it never even feels like work; it’s just pure fun! A teacher once told me, “Find a job you love, otherwise you’ll just be craving your 5 o’clock beer.” I took that to heart. When you truly love what you do, that 5 o’clock beer tastes even better.
